Our Lifeguard Chairs collections boasts over nine different styles and are available in 6 colors to suit all your needs. Great care and attention have been taken to make our products that are well constructed and will last a lifetime. With our commitment to quality, all our products are made with power coated stainless steel hardware, Recycled plastic lumber and comes with limited waranties.

Shipping & Returns: How quickly are items shipped?
Most items are ready to ship within Same - 5 business days, unless otherwise specified. We ship UPS, FedEx Ground, USPS and Common Carrier. Always provide a physical house or business address - and always give a daytime phone number.

Do you ship outside the Continental U.S.?
Free shipping only applies to items shipped within the continental United States? Shipments to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, Europe and elsewhere would be handled on a case by case basis with shipping charges to apply based on the carrier serving your particular region. We cannot ship to APO boxes.

Returns and Refunds:
Buying items online sight unseen can be a difficult task. That's why we offer that any stocked item can be returned for any reason within 30 days for a refund of its cost. All returns must be in original, re-usable packaging and be received in original, new and re-stockable condition in order to receive a full refund.
Please contact us by telephone or email prior to your return and and we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and a return shipping address (some items may return direct to the manufacturer). It's always a good idea to insure the return for its full value to protect yourself. Include your name, address, phone and Return Authorization Number with your return.
Once your return is on its way, please email the Tracking Number to: admin@Lifeguard-Chairs.com. This helps us to keep an eye on the product and to properly credit your return. After your return is received and inspected, we inform you and duly credit the card used to make your purchase. We're sorry, but shipping charges are not refundable.

Lifeguard Chairs.com uses Authorize.net & Godday.com to secure your credit card gateway and are most widely used on the Internet. When you place an order with us, the secure server will encrypt all the information you enter using SSL (256bit) security technology. In order for SSL security to work, you must use an SSL enabled browser. Although we recommend using an SSL browser, it is not required to place an order. Lifeguard Chairs.com does not store your credit card number on its servers adding another layer of security for you.

If you don't have an SSL enabled browser, or if you have reservations about placing an order online, we will be glad to take your order at our toll free number.

Warranty: Lifeguard Chairs.com warranties to the original purchaser, that for a period of five (5) years for residential use (three (3) for commercial use) from the date of purchase against any defects in the manufacturing and workmanship of the furniture components. “Defects“ is defined as imperfections that impair the original function of the product. This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear effects on the furniture, which is received by regular use of the furniture. Neither does it cover damage due to unauthorized repairs or alterations, negligence, misuse or abuse, improper assembly and acts of God. This warranty does not apply to the hardware used to assemble the furniture.

The original purchaser is responsible for providing Lifeguard Chairs.com with the proper documentation needed to determine a resourceful solution to the defect. Possible solutions are replacement or repair of defective furniture, replacement or repair of defective component or authorization to have product repaired by a third party. The proper documentation requires providing the proof of purchase with the original receipt and providing Lifeguard Chairs.com with a written explanation of how the defect occurred. Once the proper documentation has been received and evaluated, the consumer will be notified of the solution to the defect. If the product is returned to Lifeguard-Chairs.com seven (7) or more months after the date of purchase, the consumer is responsible for all shipping charges that may apply.
